I can’t take full credit for this yummy pie. My Mom, (who always made us ALL kinds of different types of foods) made this. I think when I became an adult I asked her for the recipe. I was surprised at how simple the recipe was. Every now and then I get a craving for it. It’s so easy to make, and it really takes no effort. Since we’ve been eating healthier these days. I thought about this recipe, and figured it would be the perfect treat for our healthy lifestyle. I used all low fat or lite ingredients. If you can afford to use the full fat versions then go ahead.

Serving: 4-6 folks
Cut the rest of your Strawberries and place them on top of the pie like so. Or make any other kind of pretty design you want. Cover the pie with seran wrap and place in the freezer. Keep in freezer until pie is firm and not soft. It can be frozen. Before serving, set the pie out to soften a bit. You can also place it in the fridge an hour or two before serving.
This is also a great summer pie. It’s cool and refreshing. You can use many different types of fruits. You don’t have to feel guilty about eating this pie and it won’t hinder your dieting efforts! Enjoy!
