(Wholefoods Pecan Pie Cookie)
It’s safe to say that we have a thing for sweet treats. Whether it’s taking late night trips to the store for Ben and Jerry’s Everything But The… We are always in search of a good cookie.
When Whole Foods came to our town we discovered that they had the most delicious cookies! Our two absolute favorite are the Pecan Pie and Jumble Cookies. We seriously trekked across town quite often just to buy cookies. I once hauled a whole box across the country to California to convince my family they HAD to try them! They are chewy, soft, and have just the right amount of sweetness. Just plain ol’ delicious!
Then a friend told us about Insomnia Cookies. Oooooh yeah! Warm delicious cookies that you can order until 3 am and even have delivered. Yes please! We’ve tried mostly all of their selection and have never been disappointed. Our favorites are the Double Chocolate Chunk and the Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip. Insanely good!
Well, being the cookie connoisseur’s that we are. We set out to find something we could make together at home. After a few searches on the internet and Pinterest. We found Sally’s Baking Addiction recipe for Peanut Butter Oatmeal Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Cookies. My friends, this has been one of the best recipes we’ve tried in a while! It’s rich, peanut buttery, chocolatey, and what all your peanut butter oatmeal cookie dreams are made of. Since discovering this recipe, we’ve made it several times. Each time we have devoured every last one!
We’ll be looking out for more recipes and cookie finds.
